Tips to Resolve Common Issues

Get your username and password by e-mail

If you have not already done so, you can visit our account lookup page to have your username and password sent to your e-mail address.

Double check to make sure you are typing correctly

  • Your username is not your e-mail address.

  • Usernames do not contain any spaces or capital letters.

  • Passwords do not have any spaces.

  • Passwords are case-sensitive, meaning that a capital letter in your password must be typed as a capital letter.
